9-2-1: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the moving of houses within the corporate limits of the city by requiring a license to engage in any such activity and to provide for the enforcement thereof, and penalties for the violation thereof. (Ord. 15, 7-21-1970)
