8-4-10: PENALTY:
Anyone violating any of the provisions of this chapter, where some other penalty is not specifically provided herein, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 94-93, 5-31-1994; amd. 2015 Code)
