8-4-4: RATES ESTABLISHED; MANNER OF PAYMENT:
   A.   Rates Established: The City shall charge the following rates based on usage:
First 2,000 gallons of water used at $55.00 (minimum monthly charge).
All water used over 2,000 gallons at $13.00 per 1,000 gallons.
   B.   Payment With Water Bill: The rent shall be paid with the water bill at the time payment of the water bill is due and under the same conditions. (Ord. 94-93, 5-31-1994; amd. 2015 Code; Ord. 2018-02, 5-8-2018; Ord. 2022-03, 12-13-2022)
