A. Persons Subject To Rates: Every person whose premises now or hereafter are directly or indirectly served by a connection to the City sewer system shall pay rent to the City at the rate and in the manner provided in section 8-4-4 of this chapter.
B. Industrial Contributors: Major industrial contributors shall pay the rates set forth in the treatment agreement with the City. The definition of a major industrial contributor is defined herein. (Ord. 94-93, 5-31-1994)
