§ 37.002 TAX COLLECTOR DESIGNATED AS COLLECTOR OF SEWER ASSESSMENTS AND SEWER USER FEES.

   (A)   Pursuant to the provisions of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Tax Collector of the town is hereby designated as the collector of sewer assessments and sewer user fees.

   (B)   The Tax Collector is hereby empowered to take all steps authorized under the provisions of the General Statutes in the name of the town for the collection of assessments and fees.
