§ 37.001 AUTHORIZING SELECTMEN TO SELL PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY NONPAYMENT OF TAXES.
   The Selectmen of the town shall be empowered to sell property acquired through the nonpayment of taxes as they may see fit.
