§ 35.36 NEW RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS.
   Any subdivision or resubdivision having at least five but no greater than ten approved building lots shall have a minimum of one 10,000-gallon in ground water storage tank. Any subdivision having greater than ten approved building lots shall have at least one 10,000-gallon in ground water storage tank for every ten approved building lots, or portion thereof, as deemed necessary tor fire protection of proposed residential units by the Fire Chief or his or her designee.
