(A) By town meeting action of the legislative body of the town so convened on August 15, 1977, the town does hereby ratify the town’s affirmative action plan.
(B) The Board of Selectmen are authorized to periodically update the affirmative action plan in conformance with the appropriate affirmative action guidelines set forth by the state and other appropriate agencies, after approval for legal form by the Town Counsel.
