§ 32.375 WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CENTRAL NAUGATUCK VALLEY REGIONAL PLANNING AGENCY.
   (A)   The town, by its duly constituted and called town meeting, pursuant to the Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 8-36a and 8-37a, hereby withdraws from the Central Naugatuck Valley Regional Planning Agency.
   (B)   This section hereby revokes all previous ordinances by the town initiating and/or relating to membership in the Regional Planning Agency.
