§ 32.323 APPROPRIATIONS.
   Each municipality may annually appropriate and apply to the regional commission created under the state statutes, a sum which is needed and required for the proper function of the regional commission, provided, however, that the same shall not exceed the amount specified by present or future statutory provisions.
