The Regional Commission created under the terms of this subchapter or any mutual pack with these towns shall have the same duties, rights, obligations and authority in regard to its area of jurisdiction, as any municipal commission created by a single municipality may have under the rights granted by Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-136 and any amendments thereto.
