§ 32.320 FORMATION.
   The town, pursuant to the rights and provisions granted under Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-137 and any amendments thereto hereby joins with the towns of Southbury and Middlebury in the formation of a regional economic development commission to be known as the Middlebury, Oxford and Southbury Regional Economic Development Commission and agrees with the towns as follows.
