§ 32.260 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   At a special town meeting held September 11, 1989 at the S.B. Church Memorial Town Hall, a motion was made and seconded that the town join the Pomperaug District Department of Health.
   (B)   The motion was approved.
   (C)   On October 4, 1989, the Pomperaug District Department of Health Board of Directors voted unanimously to accept the town’s entrance into the District.
