The members shall be appointed by the Board of Selectmen for the following terms.
(A) Upon passage of this subchapter, the Board of Selectmen shall appoint nine members to the Commission for terms expiring on December 31, 1963.
(B) On January 1, 1964, the Board of Selectmen shall appoint three members to the Commission to serve for a term of one year, commencing January 1, 1964; three members to the Commission for a term of two years commencing January 1, 1964; three members to the Commission for a term of three years, commencing January 1, 1964.
(C) Upon the expiration of the terms as set forth above, all appointments shall be for a term of three years.
