The Board of Library Directors shall elect a Chairperson and a Treasurer from among its members and shall appoint a Secretary. It shall fix the time and place of holding its meetings and adopt rules for its own procedure. Regular meetings shall be held at least once in each month and special meetings shall be held at the call of the Chairperson or a majority of the Directors. It shall keep regular minutes of its meetings and shall submit an annual report of its doings to the Board of Selectmen and the Board of Finance.
