§ 32.205 LIBRARY ESTABLISHED.
   There is established in the town, a public library with a reading room connected therewith, and also kindred and incidental conveniences as may be deemed proper by the Board of Directors, the use of which, under proper regulations, shall be free to its inhabitants.
