(A) Pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-151a, as amended, the town together with each member municipality shall pay to the Lake Zoar Authority (hereinafter “the LZA”) its respective share of expenses of the LZA. The LZA shall prepare a budget annually. Shares of LZA expenses to be paid by each municipality shall be established by an equal division of the proposed expenses among the member municipalities with one additional share being allotted to any contributing public utility. Each municipality’s established share of the proposed budget shall be submitted to the municipality not later than January 1 of each year. Each municipality shall include its equal share of the agreed upon budgetary expenses in its annual budget.
(B) The foregoing division shall not become effective until adopted by all LZA member municipalities.
