The Lake Housatonic Authority shall exercise all powers granted by the Connecticut General Statutes for lake authorities (Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-151a and Public Act No. 29) including, without limitation, powers relating to the enforcement of boating laws on the lake and other powers as from time to time may be granted to the Authority by the legislative bodies of all member towns and the General Statutes.
