§ 32.163 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Town Housing Authority and members thereof shall be subject to and have the powers and duties as specified in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 8-128, as amended and act in accordance with the provisions of the statutes. In the event of a conflict between this subchapter and the provisions of Conn. Gen. Stat. Title 8, Chapter 128, the provisions of the state statutes shall control.
