§ 32.145 CODE OF ETHICS.
   (A)   By town meeting action of the legislative body of the town so convened on August 15, 1977, the town does hereby authorize the Board of Selectmen to adopt a suitable code of ethics.
   (B)   The Board of Selectmen are authorized to update and adopt changes from time to time as necessary in the best interests of the town.
