§ 32.133 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS RECEIVED BY COMMISSION; ANNUAL REPORT TO BOARD OF SELECTMEN.
   (A)   Those funds collected by the Senior Center Director for payments for dues or the participation in outside trips and activities by participants in the activities of the senior center citizens group shall be turned over to the Town Treasurer or his or her designee in accordance with § 6-4 of the Charter of the town. Funds will be deposited in the Town Special Activities Fund and a separate accounting of all transactions, both revenue and expenditures, shall be maintained by the Finance Department.
   (B)   The procedures and accounting shall be in accordance with § 6-12 of the Charter of the town, state statutes and generally accepted accounting procedures (GAAP).
