(A) On or before the Commission’s first meeting date in January of each year, and thereafter on an annual basis, the Commission shall elect one member of its members to serve as Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer.
(B) The Commission shall make rules and regulations for the transaction of its business and shall keep a record of all votes and other proceedings of its meetings.
