§ 32.101 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of the Commission shall be the promotion and development of the business and industrial resources of the town and for that purpose, the Commission shall have all of the rights, powers, duties and obligations conferred and implied by Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-136.
