(A) The terms of office for the members shall be as follows:
(1) Three members for a period of three years each;
(2) Two members for a period of two years each; and
(3) Two members for a period of one year each.
(B) Thereafter, at the expiration of the original term of office of each of the seven original members, each may be reappointed or his or her successor may be appointed for a term of three years.
(C) The Board of Selectmen shall appoint three alternate members to the Board who shall serve for one-year terms each with each term ending on December 31.
