The Town Community Carpool Commission is hereby authorized to accept gifts in the form of services and/or monies for transportation use. The Commission is authorized to expend monies received as gifts and to keep adequate accounting of all monies received and expended for auditing purposes. All expenditures shall be approved and authorized by a majority vote of the total Commission membership (four members out of a six-member Commission).
