§ 32.051 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The Commission shall be composed of six members appointed by the Board of Selectmen.
   (B)   Terms shall be for three years; except that initially two members shall be appointed for three years; two members shall be appointed for two years; and two members shall be appointed for one year; thereafter, two members shall be appointed each year for three-year terms.
