§ 32.035 ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO BOARD.
   (A)   Connecticut General Statutes allow the legislative body of a municipality to proffer an ordinance to appoint additional members to the Board of Assessment Appeals for any assessment year in which a revaluation becomes effective.
   (B)   The town, as allowed by the General Statutes, may within that ordinance appoint additional members the year prior to the assessment year and the year after any assessment year.
   (C)   The Town Board of Selectmen may at the request of the Town Tax Assessor appoint up to three additional electors from the town to the Board of Assessment Appeals.
