§ 32.002 REMOVAL OF APPOINTED MEMBERS ON BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.
   Any appointed member of any appointive board or commission of the town shall be subject to removal from that board or commission by an affirmative vote of the board or commission should an appointed member miss three or more regularly scheduled consecutive meetings, or, in the alternative more than one-half of the yearly meetings.
