(A) In addition to the aforesaid provisions of applicable zoning regulations, the applicant shall obtain approval of the Town Fire Marshal in regard to equipment and design of the self-service motor fuel station before the use shall be permitted.
(B) Before a building permit may be issued for the construction of a self-service motor fuel station or for the conversion of a full service motor fuel station to a self-service motor fuel station, the aforementioned approval of the Town Fire Marshal must be obtained in addition to the approval required by the zoning authorities.
