§ 112.04 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTOR FUEL STATION. Any place or location, whether indoor or outdoor, whether permanent or temporary, whether by tanker truck or other vehicle or container unit and whether located on public or private property, which is so equipped with facilities, whether manual, mechanical or automatic where gasoline, oil products or other flammable fuel used in the operation of motor vehicles or any type of internal combustion engine, are dispensed or pumped into the fuel tank of any vehicle or into any container brought to that station or location.
   SELF-SERVICE MOTOR FUEL STATION. A motor fuel station where gasoline, oil products or other flammable fuel is dispensed in any manner other than solely and completely by the owner-lessee-agent or authorized employee of the motor fuel station.
