§ 111.02 APPLICATION AND LICENSE.
   (A)   No restaurant shall be operated in the town unless licensed by the Director of Health.
   (B)   Any person or persons operating or proposing to operate a restaurant in the town shall apply to the Director of Health for a restaurant license, prior to construction. This is to allow the Director of Health an opportunity for plan review. A set of blueprints shall be submitted for this purpose.
   (C)   Any restaurant already in operation on the date of adoption of this chapter shall apply to the Director of Health for a license within 90 days of the date.
   (D)   Upon receiving an application for a restaurant license, the Director of Health, or his or her designated agent, shall inspect the premises, and if the premises are maintained, equipped and operated in accordance with the Public Health Code, shall issue the license forthwith.
