§ 111.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DIRECTOR OF HEALTH. The duly appointed Director of Health of the town or his or her designated agent.
   PUBLIC HEALTH CODE. The Public Health Code of the state, established pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 19a-36, as existing and periodically amended.
   RESTAURANT. Any establishment dispensing food or beverages for consumption on the premises, or preparing food or beverages for off-premises consumption.
