(A) No person or company or its representatives shall engage in vending, hawking or peddling within the town except during daylight hours from 8:00 a.m. to sunset.
(B) No vehicle used in the vending, hawking or peddling shall be parked upon the travel portion of any road or highway within the town in a manner which may result in a gathering of individuals so as to cause a traffic hazard or danger to the traveling public.
(C) No vehicle used in vending, hawking or peddling shall be parked or open for sale in any one location or within 1,000 feet thereof for more than two hours per day.
