§ 31.066 POWERS.
   (A)   The Assessor shall have all the powers and shall perform all the duties as established by the Connecticut General Statutes.
   (B)   In addition, the Assessor shall have those specific duties set forth in § 31.069.
   (C)   On request of the Board of Selectmen, the Assessor shall report in writing concerning any matter pertaining to the duties of his or her office.
