§ 31.063 APPOINTMENT.
   The Board of Selectmen shall make the initial and all subsequent appointments of an Assessor. Any appointment shall be made by the Board of Selectmen from a list of qualified candidates submitted to the Board of Selectmen by the Screening Committee pursuant to the provisions of § 31.064.
