§ 31.062 QUALIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The Assessor shall be a certified state municipal assessor, who has been duly certified by the State Commission on Certification.
   (B)   The Assessor shall receive compensation at a rate determined by the Board of Selectmen within the limits of the appropriation therefor.
