§ 98.002 CLEARING AND GRUBBING.
   All trees, stumps, loam and other objectionable material shall be removed in accordance with the following criteria, for the width of road sidewalk.
   (A)   Where an embankment is to be made less than three feet deep, stumps and roots shall be removed entirely.
   (B)   Where an embankment is to be made more than three feet deep, stumps shall be cut off to within six inches of the original ground surface.
   (C)   Unsuitable bearing materials such as peat, organic silts, silt clay and loam shall be removed and replaced with suitable material as directed or approved by the Board of Selectmen or properly designated agent. Town inspection shall be required when completed.
   (D)   Loam will be stripped and stockpiled for future use on the site, as directed or approved by the Board of Selectmen or its properly designated agent. Town inspection shall be required when completed.
