§ 31.045 POSITION ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The Board of Selectmen is hereby authorized and empowered to create the position of full-time Administrative Assistant to the Board of Selectmen.
   (B)   The duties and salary of the Administrative Assistant shall be determined by the Board of Selectmen in accordance with the personnel regulations for the town.
   (C)   The Administrative Assistant shall be hired by at least a majority of the Board of Selectmen.
