§ 96.15 MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (A)   Vehicular admittance to the parking areas adjacent to swimming, bathing or beach areas shall be by a season permit affixed to the lower portion of the right front window or right side window vent of the vehicle. Permits are obtainable by residents or taxpayers of the town by payment of a specific fee, established by the Park and Recreation Commission, payable to the town.
   (B)   All vehicles within any park shall be operated and controlled in accordance with the regulations and directions of the Park and Recreation Commission.
   (C)   Motor vehicles shall be driven at a speed not to exceed 15 mph in town parks. Park roads shall not be used for driver training instruction.
   (D)   The washing, cleaning, painting, repairing or maintaining of motor vehicles in town parks is prohibited.
   (E)   Motor vehicles shall be parked only in designated parking areas as may from time to time be established and posted by the Park and Recreation Commission. Owners of vehicles parked in violation of the regulations shall be subject to fines and tow-away charges as may from time to time be in force and effect in the town applicable to parking on public highways. The Board of Selectmen is authorized to designate one or more suitable places for impounding motor vehicles. An impounded motor vehicle may be repossessed only upon payment of a towing charge not to exceed $25 and a storage charge not to exceed $1 a day.
