(A) Boating, bathing and swimming shall be permitted only in areas designated for that purpose, and then only at hours designated by the Park and Recreation Commission. The use of tubes or other inflated swimming aids is prohibited.
(B) No person shall enter or use boating, swimming or bathing areas without displaying identification as may be required by the Park and Recreation Commission.
(C) Nor shall any person carry food or beverage on the beach or in the bathing area.
