(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99. (B) A violation of § 92.04 shall be subject to a fine of $100 and shall be enforced by the Board of Selectmen or its designee. The town is authorized to enforce § 92.04 under provisions outlined in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-148(c)(10) under the Municipal Powers provision.
