§ 54.20 SANITATION INSPECTOR.
   (A)   All Connecticut General Statutes relating to the Public Health Code must be complied with in every respect.
   (B)   The Board of Selectmen are hereby empowered to appoint a Sanitation Inspector for the town, who shall in this capacity enforce all rules and regulations pertaining thereto and take the proper action on any sanitation complaint. In the event of the Sanitation Inspector’s disability to serve, the Board of Selectmen shall appoint a temporary substitute or a new inspector whichever shall be deemed in the best interest of the town.
