§ 54.05 RIGHTS, DUTIES AND AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The Board of Selectmen shall also have the right to fill at any time any vacancies that shall occur by way of death, resignation or removal from the town.
   (B)   The Water Pollution Control Authority shall be vested with all the rights, duties and authority that Water Pollution Control authorities may have under present or future laws or regulations as set forth in the Connecticut General Statutes.
