§ 53.063 PERMIT CONDITIONS.
   In granting the plan approval, the Town Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands Agency and Watercourses Commission (IWWC) may impose conditions that may be deemed necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the preservation of the public health and safety.
