§ 53.047 PREPARATION OF STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN.
   (A)   A professional engineer licensed in the state shall design and prepare a stormwater management plans as necessary to protect the public and the environment.
   (B)   If a stormwater BMP requires either a dam safety permit from the DEP or small pond approval from the Town Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands Agency and Watercourses Commission, the Town Planning and Zoning Commission, its agent(s) or the Town Engineer shall require that a professional engineer licensed in the state prepare the design.
