§ 52.08 INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL OR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY DISCHARGES.
   Any person subject to an industrial, commercial or construction activity NPDES stormwater discharge permit shall comply with all provisions of the permit. Proof of compliance with the permit may be required in a form acceptable to the Town Planning and Zoning Commission, its agent(s) and the Town Engineer prior to the allowing of discharges to the MS4.
