§ 51.09 SELLING RECYCLABLE ITEMS PRIOR TO DEPOSIT AT THE MUNICIPAL RECYCLING CENTER.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed so as to prevent any person from selling, giving, transferring or trading recyclable items prior to the time the recyclable items are deposited at the municipal recycling center or other approved location or left for collection by the municipally registered hauler.
