The licensee, by accepting a license issued under this chapter, agrees to hold harmless the authority and the town from loss, damage or injury arising from delivery by that licensee of unacceptable or hazardous waste to the designated disposal site. The Director, with the guidance of the authority, shall
establish procedures as may be appropriate to protect the designated disposal site station, the Mid-Connecticut System and their operators and employees from injury or damage arising from the deliveries.
