§ 39.04 COORDINATION WITH AREA COORDINATOR.
   In times of serious disaster or civil emergency, the Chief Executive Officer of the municipality will coordinate his or her response activities with the Area Coordinator from the State Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security.
