§ 39.03 ACTIVATION OF EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER; DETERMINATION OF NEED FOR DECLARATION OF LOCAL DISASTER EMERGENCY.
   In times of serious disaster or civil emergency, the Chief Executive Officer of the town is authorized to activate the municipal emergency operations center. The Chief of the Municipal Police, the Chief of the Municipal Fire Department, the Municipal Health Officer, the Emergency Management Director or their designated representatives, shall assist the Chief Executive Officer in evaluating the need for the declaration of a local disaster emergency.
